What to expect from a Private 1-1 Session
A private yoga session offers a dedicated space to slow down, reconnect, and develop a deeper understanding of your body.
Whether you're completely new to yoga, returning after injury, navigating stress, or simply looking for a more personalised experience, 1:1 sessions are tailored entirely to you. Together, we'll explore movement, breath, posture, and awareness in a way that feels supportive, accessible, and relevant to your individual needs.
Rather than trying to keep up in a group setting, you'll have the opportunity to move at your own pace, ask questions, and build confidence from a strong foundation. With individual guidance and hands-on adjustments (where appropriate), you'll learn how to practise safely and effectively whilst gaining a deeper understanding of how your unique body moves and responds.
My approach goes beyond physical postures. Through yoga, breathwork, nervous system regulation, and mindful awareness, you'll begin to notice not only what your body is doing, but what it may be holding. Together we'll explore patterns of tension, resistance, compensation, and habit, creating space for greater self-awareness, resilience, and ease.
Each session is completely personalised and may support:
• Building confidence before joining a group class
• Improving mobility, strength, balance and flexibility
• Recovery from injury or periods of physical limitation
• Managing stress, anxiety and nervous system dysregulation
• Learning breathwork and relaxation techniques
• Developing a sustainable home practice
• Deepening your understanding of yoga beyond the poses
These sessions are designed to meet you exactly where you are — regardless of age, experience, body shape, flexibility, fitness level, or background.
Yoga is not about achieving a shape. It is about creating a relationship with yourself.
Sessions are available at a time and location that suits you and include a complimentary consultation to discuss your goals, needs, and intentions before we begin.
Move, breathe, and come home to yourself.
